I went to see Mr Fuan Chan for a rhinoplasty as it was something I had dreamed of having for the last fifteen years or so. I found his professionalism from the very first consultation right through to his attention to detail in the 3D imaging consultation outstanding. It carried through to the follow on consultation just before the surgery to make sure I was still content and had not altered from what he intended to do. His attention to detail is unbelievable and continued right up to the surgery itself and post-surgery. He was extremely professional, and attentive and was constantly listening to my feelings about the surgery. The post-op care was unrivalled and unlike anything I've seen before. He made sure that everything was 100% perfect. He called me back for several visits to make sure everything was setting and healing properly and making sure there was no movement or no adjustment needed. I know this was an elective surgery where I chose to have this but he still sat down and reassured me and checked with me that this is what I really wanted. He validated my reasons for having the surgery and really made me feel at ease about why I personally felt I wanted it. I found that he deeply cared and was determined to give me the best possible outcome and really want to do the very best he possible could for me. Now post-surgery when I look at the results and I compare them to the 3D imaging picture that he drafted, it is uncanny. How this man achieved what he had edited in the picture in advance and delivered on my face is unreal and mind-blowing. He genuinely is a master at what he does.
