I underwent a face and neck lift with Mr Chan and my results are honestly amazing. I have had previous surgeries under Mr Chan so I knew my results were going to be excitingly good and would far exceed my expectations and he has delivered yet again. Mr. Chan really listens to what you want to achieve and then carries out a thorough consultation. He then gives a full explanation on what he believes he can do to create the best results possible with such a personal style care plan in place for you. My surgery, aftercare and recovery went like a dream exactly like it was explained to me. He really was excellent and attentive to any little issue or worry I may have had. The only surprise I ever have with having surgery or work carried out by him is that my results are consistently amazing with, if anything, one surgery being that little bit better than the previous, if that’s even possible. I cannot recommend this man highly enough as he truly cares for you and the result.

Upper blepharoplasty aims to preserve the volume and optimizing the upper eyelid folds and its definition leading to an aesthetically pleasing and youthful appearance. There are 3 main areas that are being addressed surgically during blepharoplasty: a) the excess skin (laxity), b) the orbicularis oculi muscle and c) the fat compartment beneath. The decision to excise or remove either one of the three components or all of the three components is determined by the severity and appearance of the peri-orbital area. Lower eyelid blepharoplasty is a much more challenging procedure compared to upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Specifically, excision of skin and Orbicularis Oculi muscle tissue is conservative. Excessive removal of the three fat compartments during lower eyelid blepharoplasty can lead to hollowness and further revealing the aging peri-orbital area. Fat injection and the appropriate use of a small amount of filler can be beneficial to treat the lower eyelid hollowness but over-use and excessive amount will create severe and unwanted complications such as contour irregularity, changing the eye shape, asymmetry and severe prolonged swelling or oedema which can be very difficult to treat. The small area of transition from the lower eyelid to the cheek, which is known as the ‘lid-cheek junction’ which is best appreciated in profile view. It is smooth with a good contour in youth but becomes attenuated or loss with the aging process. Besides addressing the above 3 components (skin, muscle, fat) as in upper eyelid surgery, the restoration of smooth lid-cheek junction is of paramount importance in order to achieve great outcomes with facial harmony. In lower eyelid surgery, the surgical incision can be placed at the eyelashes margin or through the conjunctival (transconjunctival approach).

I had breast augmentation done in May 2023 with Auralia. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I am so happy with my results. I was going back and forth about my decision for over a year as I was unsure if I needed a lift as I had gone to consultations with lots of other clinics some telling me I needed a lift and some telling me I didn’t. And one surgeon even turning me away saying that the look I wanted to achieve was not possible. I was very disheartened and confused by this which had me going back and forth on my decision. I then had my consultation with Auralia and I was put at ease and the surgeon explained to me that the implant alone would give me the lift that I needed. I got to try on different-sized implants during my consultation which I didn’t get in other consultations with other clinics. the recovery was very quick and I was back to work in 5 days with no issues. Best decision I made this year.
