I had Microtia ( undeveloped ear on one side since childhood). I had surgery, it’s been 4months and now my undeveloped ear as same size as the normal ear. I saw a lot of videos on the internet, and after doing so much research, I ended up watching Dr Rajat Gupta’s video explaining procedures, and like it because he was very clear about the procedures. I went to his clinic, where he explained everything. All staff are very polite and kind very helpful
I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. Overall I am pleased with the service, cost and care provided..
