My Gynecomastia surgery was like a dream to me because first of all I don't know what it is actually. I don't know when and how it formed or what the reasons for my gynecomastia growth but suddenly after age of 17 as a boy i see my chest growing abnormally which is not good for a boy. I was fat at that age so i think its just the fat so i started exercising and Gym.
