He obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons after undertaking eight years of specialist training in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. David is a Visiting Specialist at the Royal Brisbane Hospital, an Associate Lecturer at the University of Queensland School of Medicine and a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
