Dr Hatem Elfieshawy is a registered medical practitioner in Australia with general registration. He originally trained in General and Cardiothoracic Surgery in Egypt, where he has held uninterrupted specialist registration in General Surgery since 2007. He holds an MBBCh (Hons.), a Master of Surgery (Egypt), and has completed Part I of the MRCS (UK). After relocating to Australia, he obtained the AMC Certificate and undertook further clinical training.

Dr Elfieshawy completed a fellowship with the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine (ACCSM). He now focuses exclusively on procedures in the area of aesthetic surgery.

His current areas of clinical practice include revision breast surgery, mastopexy procedures, deep plane facelift techniques, and procedures aimed at structural restoration of soft tissues. He has developed specific operative approaches used in his own clinical practice and participates in ongoing professional education.

Dr Elfieshawy is also involved in healthcare innovation. He is a co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of MediHealth Global Innovation and At Home Doc – companies focused on value-based health system delivery in MENA and Australia. These ventures include technology integration in primary care settings.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr Elfieshawy offers clinical teaching and skills-based training to registered medical practitioners. This includes procedural workshops, peer-to-peer mentoring, and surgical education for those with a clinical interest in aesthetic medicine.
