I have visited Eltham Osteopathy Clinic several times over the past 10 years or so. On every occasion, the amazing staff have sorted out my various spine, joint and muscle problems. This time Claudio Cretella has done a great job dealing with my stiff neck and tight back muscles. I am now able to continue with my photography without the pain I used to feel. Claudio is an expert in osteopathy. His manner is always calm, friendly and considerate. Following a successful treatment plan, I now visit the clinic every two weeks for a maintenance session with Claudio.

Approach I believe that each person is an individual and has their own unique set of life experiences beliefs history and needs. During treatments I usually use a combination of techniques including soft tissue massage muscle stretches and gentle joint mobilisations. Along the way I explain what I am doing how it will help your recovery advise you on exercises that you can do yourself and how to avoid further injury or pain. All I can say is WOW. I have been to so many physios, chiros, osteopaths, sports therapists, masseurs, and even a few GP's for my various injuries and none of them have taken the time to examine me and test me as he did. He explained everything really well and came up with things none of the others did to help me. Don't waste your money seeing others he will help you more than most will.

The best chiropractor I have ever seen, the experience was leaps above what I have experienced before in the US. And the postural screen showed me my issues looking forward to my first rescan to see the differences.
