Back Pain Treatment England

Very pleased with the treatment I received. Have made a follow up appointment for 3 weeks time. In the meantime the exercises I was provided with have also helped me with my back strain. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would now recommend them as well.

I started visiting Health on Hand recently as I was getting bad shoulder, neck and arm pain. Tom is lovely and very helpful in how he helps my pain. After having 4 sessions I can now move my arms high above my head and my neck doesn’t hurt when I turn my head. I expect to go more occasionally now to help keep things in good working order. This feels absolutely marvellous after all the problems I have been experiencing. Thank you, Tom and all of the kind staff that work for you. You are all a lovely team.

Excellent treatment. Very professional and was given an appointment the same day. After two treatments I was back on the golf course, hopefully, the lower back problem is fixed.

I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. I started to see Lavinia in December of last year, after the first appointment the numbness in my leg disappeared. I was so thankful as it was starting to really get me down. I've used this clinic regularly, and the service was very good. First set of treatments was for shoulder pain, which hasn't bothered me since. Second set of treatments was for lower back pain, which was harder to treat. But they gave me diet, exercise and lifestyle advice which helps manage symptoms.
