Back Pain Treatment England

I have been treated at PhysioDirect at Mapperley Park for a couple of injury related problems over several years. I have found my treatment to be professional and effective and carried out in a friendly and considerate manner.

This man is amazing. Unbearable pain in my neck and back from long covid. Worked on my neck today and relieved so much pressure and pain, the headache has gone and I can turn my head with ease. Gar is amazing talks you through everything he does and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Re booked for next month. 100% recommend.

I attended the clinic as I was suffering from lower back and coccyx pain for over 2 months. After 3 chiropractor treatments from Ashleigh, I am feeling so much better, aches almost gone. Superb first appointment today - I had x-rays done and the pain in my shoulders already subsided. The practitioner was very polite, helpful and lets you explain how you feel. Can not fault the first session.

I tried acupuncture for a recent back spasm. Vicki Evans was great, checking in with me each time a needle was inserted. Initial reaction to treatment has been positive, back has eased somewhat.

Tony was great, he provided great instructions on finding his location (it is not that straightforward). He took a full history and checked how I was feeling all the way through the appointment. Due to my history, he performed acupuncture and soft tissue massage on my back, which 1 day later has already seen some improvement. He sent a follow-up text the day after the appointment, to check how I was getting on. I would highly recommend.

I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!
