Coronary Catheterization and Stenting Turkey

After having a gastric band fitted ten years ago it became very uncomfortable and I started gaining weight. After having no success with the NHS I was quoted £6200 to go privately in the UK Seeing that I was going on holiday to Turkey in June I called and spoke to Emsal at the Yucelen hospital. She was extremely professional and communicative and said the band could be removed by the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin and suggested I could also have a gastric sleeve. Nearing the end of my holiday I went to the Yucelen hospital to have the band removed and a gastric sleeve procedure. I was greeted and picked up by a driver from the hospital and upon arrival was greeted by Emsal, and other staff members who were very reassuring kind and considerate which put all my anxiety and nerves At ease and I immediately knew I had made the right decision. I underwent the procedure and the aftercare was second to none During my stay at the hospital, I encountered no pain or discomfort and the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin came to see me regularly as well as Emsal who always ensured I was comfortable and being looked after. I would definitely recommend the Yucelen Hospital after my experience they are second to none. I am now looking forward after the money I saved to buy a new wardrobe and being a new me.

I researched suitable Varicose Treatment centres in Whatclinic and found the Pax Clinic. I made equity which was responded to extremely quickly by Gediz, a lady with excellent English who booked me in to see Dr Us. I have varicose veins on the back of my legs. I went to my GP in the UK, who said that they were just a cosmetic issue, nothing to be worried about. I went to Dr Us's surgery and after a short wait, I saw a Dr who spoke good English. He examined me and then conducted several tests there and then. He clearly explained that he needs to know if the root of the problem was in the deep vein valves, or if it is just a cosmetic issue. To know this I needed to get a detailed Doppler scan of all of the main veins in my leg. This had to be done at a neighbouring clinic. They booked me in and I went the following day, it cost £200 and was a very thorough ultrasound survey of all my veins and valves, taking over an hour. The report was sent back to Dr Us, who told me that I have a grade 4 venous insufficiency in both legs. FYI Grade 5 is DVT, so it was a serious potential problem. He was able to do the surgery, but it would require at least a week to get a bed in the hospital. This is quite a serious operation, taking 4-5 hours and an overnight stay in the hospital. The cost for this would be around £7,500. I am going back to the UK to see if I can get medical insurance or the NHS to deal with. Dr Us provided me with a report for this purpose. If not I will come back out to Dr Us, who I rated very highly. He is one of the leaders in his field, globally. The service I received was second to none and Dr Us gave me a prescription for medication to slow the progression and an injector to administer before I fly for more than 2 hours.
