Outstanding experience at Yücelen Hospital in Muğla! My wife Julia and I visit Marmaris every year, and this time we decided to go to Yücelen Hospital in Muğla for medical care. I decided to have a full-body health Check, and my wife decided to have a chest reduction surgery. Everything was organised perfectly — all examinations were completed in one day. All doctors were very professional, kind and attentive. Most of them speak or understand English well, so communication was never a problem. We were also helped by Ms. Rüveyda, who translated everything clearly into English and guided us through the whole process, from department to department. Special thanks to Dr. Sabahattin Yaser, who performed my wife’s chest reduction surgery — the result looks amazing and very natural. Also, Dr. Erdem Sarı helped me with my stomach treatment and explained everything in detail. After the surgery, my wife stayed in the hospital for two more days, and the nursing team took excellent care of her — always kind, patient and attentive. Their help made the recovery comfortable and safe. The hospital even arranged transportation from our hotel and back, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We are truly grateful to all the doctors, nurses and the entire Yücelen Hospital team for their care, professionalism and friendliness. I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. A very reliable doctor! He implanted a stent to my mother from her arm in 15 minutes, very comfortably.

I researched suitable Varicose Treatment centres in Whatclinic and found the Pax Clinic. I made equity which was responded to extremely quickly by Gediz, a lady with excellent English who booked me in to see Dr Us. I have varicose veins on the back of my legs. I went to my GP in the UK, who said that they were just a cosmetic issue, nothing to be worried about. I went to Dr Us's surgery and after a short wait, I saw a Dr who spoke good English. He examined me and then conducted several tests there and then. He clearly explained that he needs to know if the root of the problem was in the deep vein valves, or if it is just a cosmetic issue. To know this I needed to get a detailed Doppler scan of all of the main veins in my leg. This had to be done at a neighbouring clinic. They booked me in and I went the following day, it cost £200 and was a very thorough ultrasound survey of all my veins and valves, taking over an hour. The report was sent back to Dr Us, who told me that I have a grade 4 venous insufficiency in both legs. FYI Grade 5 is DVT, so it was a serious potential problem. He was able to do the surgery, but it would require at least a week to get a bed in the hospital. This is quite a serious operation, taking 4-5 hours and an overnight stay in the hospital. The cost for this would be around £7,500. I am going back to the UK to see if I can get medical insurance or the NHS to deal with. Dr Us provided me with a report for this purpose. If not I will come back out to Dr Us, who I rated very highly. He is one of the leaders in his field, globally. The service I received was second to none and Dr Us gave me a prescription for medication to slow the progression and an injector to administer before I fly for more than 2 hours. At first I was hesitant to book the procedures of my 2 sons since I have no first-hand information about the clinic and mainly rely in the reviews online. But from the start of the treatment until the last day everything went smoothly. Thanks to the amazing staff and doctors of Fizikon and specially Inci of PMC. I am truly thankful I came across PMC. Inci made it sure that everything was well taken cared of from hotel bookings, airport pick-up/drop-off and coordination in the clinic. Everything was made easy for us especially since it was our first time to come to Turkey. Highly recommended!
