I have been visiting here ever since it opened and was just Kelly. It’s been so wonderful to see the clinic grow in size and staff! I started off with having cavitation and fat freeze and I’ve moved onto facials and nails and recently I’ve had a tattoo removed that I have been contemplating having removed for years! The process was explained to me fully and in depth with aftercare advice. I expected to experience some pain as it hurts to have a tattoo so surely it would it hurt to have it removed! Three months ago I had NeckTite and I am so pleased with my results. From the initial consultation to the procedure and then the three follow up consultations Dr Sagoo answered all my questions, talked through every step of the procedure and put me at total ease. I liked that Dr Sagoo was not pushy but very caring and listened to my concerns. The actual procedure was done in under an hour and pain-free ( I just felt a tugging of my skin) and I went home with everything I needed to recover. Although my neck was bruised and I had to wear a compression garment for three days I was able to carry on with my life.
