Friendly, interested staff. Treatments and aftercare are explained well. Not the cheapest but you get a full professional experience which is reassuring. Really pleased with the results of dermal fillers. Complementary skin treatments were a nice extra. Had a small amount of bruising at corners of my mouth for about 1 week.

I have been visiting here ever since it opened and was just Kelly. It’s been so wonderful to see the clinic grow in size and staff! I started off with having cavitation and fat freeze and I’ve moved onto facials and nails and recently I’ve had a tattoo removed that I have been contemplating having removed for years! The process was explained to me fully and in depth with aftercare advice. I expected to experience some pain as it hurts to have a tattoo so surely it would it hurt to have it removed! I booked in for a Hydrafacial and was over the moon with the results. I have made this part of my regular monthly plan now, and am also considering other treatments. The team are very friendly and based in the heart of Stourbridge.
