Hi, my name is Lesley, I’m 62. My neck and under jawline had become floppy, in my words. It made me feel awful. I continually covered it up. Then I decided to investigate Surgery. I googled so many places, then I remembered my Mother had had a full facelift at Blackheath hospital 40 years ago. That’s when I contacted them and was put in touch with Matthew James. I went along to see him, and decided to go ahead with neck/ lower face lift. OMG, surgery went ahead with Mr James. Immediately after coming round from anaesthetic and looking in the mirror, the results for me were fantastic. Less than 2 weeks later, I had stitches out. It has changed my life from start to finish. The service provided was 5-star all the way. I’m no longer ashamed of my saggy neck. It’s gone. Honestly,y my friends are all amazed at the difference in my look and mood. I’m sooo happy. It’s like I’ve won the lottery. Can not rate Mr James highly enough. Best thing I’ve ever done for me. So glad I chose Mr James

A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.
