I had become increasingly self‑conscious about my facial moles, which were slowly but surely growing bigger, and after spending a long time researching the best clinics for mole removal, I’m so pleased I chose Dr Prashant/Reforme Medical. Going into the consultation, I felt nervous, but Dr Prashant was very professional, but also incredibly down to earth, easy to talk to and put me at ease within no time at all. He was easy to talk to and took the time to talk through all the mole removal options in detail, what each procedure involved, and also what to realistically expect afterwards in terms of healing and scarring. That level of honesty and reassurance made a huge difference. It helped me feel confident moving forward. The procedure was carried out with great skill and care. It was relatively painless (just a little discomfort when the local anaesthetic was being administered, and I’ve had no pain post-procedure. The clinic staff were all so kind and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. I’m currently just over two weeks post‑op, and I’m genuinely over the moon with the results so far. The post‑surgery check‑ins have been much appreciated and show how much care is taken even after the procedure. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Prashant/Reforme Medical.

Dr Rahman was very polite, calm and efficient. I had 3 skin tags removed, on my eye lids. Local anaesthetic provided and an antibiotic cream after removal. Very efficient and I would definitely return if the need arises. I had to look for the entrance.The surgery is opposite the hair dressers not off the spa car park however Dr Rahman guided me to the door. Thanks for helping me it’s very much appreciated. I’m extremely happy with the outcome.
