Hannah was again fabulous as always, her attention to detail is second to none, she has a fantastic bedside manner and is so caring and kind, and she always shows a genuine interest in you as a person as well as a client. Harriet and Kayleigh have always been equally as kind and helpful in their email responses, it’s the little kind things that people do along the way that matter most. The staff at Anestetics of Essex have all been very well picked to match this. I have visited all 3 clinics now and I have had a very positive experience at all 3. I have had treatment over a few years at the Courthouse Clinic Brentwood. Owing to having had problem skin which has left some scarring. Also because my skin is sensitive and tends to need some TLC quite often. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone as they listen to your problems, assess you properly and recommend correct products and treatments. Not just for vanity or anti ageing but for other issues too. I initially chose this clinic as it was close to home. From my very first visit, I was made welcome and treated as though people actually cared about my problems.
