I have been struggling with my weight since becoming a mom. I hit my peak weight at 82kgs and tried my best to bring it down to 76kg but plateaued for over 2 years. Dr Farah from Cleo Clinic really helped me find the best method to get back on track. I appreciated the fact that there wasn't any hard selling or pushing patients to go through treatments that we weren't comfortable doing. It took me over 6 months to get back to my pre baby weight of 62 kgs and I'm so happy with the results! Especially since we managed to push my visceral fat percentage from 9 to 4. I never expected to have such great results with so little suffering 😂 No crazy diets or going hungry 👍🏼
