I look and feel amazingJulie, Australia, 06 08 19

Stephanie Murray is an amazing injection. Unlike many "jabbers" out there, Stef is a Registered Nurse and has over 20 years experience. The products that Absolute Cosmetics use are the best available and given Stefs experience in Injectables, my results are always long-lasting, yet subtle. "Pretty does Hurt" however, with Stef's experience, it's very minimal and almost pleasant. Stef is very talented and looks at your facial features and knows exactly where and how much to inject to get the most fabulous result. Yes, now and again I have strayed to other "jabbers" here and there (including overseas - Bali) and been disappointed with the result. I highly recommend Stef. Some clients call her the "Injectable Queen" - to me, Stef is the "Injectable Goddess". Thank you Stef, I look and feel amazing.

Great customer serviceLeah, Australia, 09 12 19

Have been to many but I loved the way the treatment was handled and information and costs for another treatment I never knew about and will do soon. Absolutely was no pressure just wanted to let me know as was the awesome manner of the young man doing my treatment (so sorry forgot your name but 10/10 great customer service).

How does it work?Plasma Fibroblast creates a controlled dermal wound to promote, encourage and initiate the body’s natural healing response. At Equinox Clinic we utilise the last generation of Beierplasm K85 which is the first continuous working plasma lift in the world. Plasma Fibroblast works similarly to an ablative (fractional) laser. Plasma Fibroblast uses a scientifically-crafted hand piece designed to ionize gases (plasma) in the air creating a small arc. Plasma is created as the arc touches the skin, transmitting heat to the papillary layer of tissue where the fibroblast cells are located.  The plasma-created heat causes the affected tissue to contract and in turn tighten the skin. The fractional tip does not affect the skin cell tissue but only sublimates the skin surface and contract the skin by creating small dot shapes in the treatment area. That’s when the real magic of this treatment happens, your skins natural healing processes go into overdrive and encourage fresh cells, including collagen and elastin, to be produced.
