Thank you Alfa Health! Being overweight has always been a huge problem for me. I couldn’t wear what I wanted, I couldn’t socialize. I’ve heard about gastric balloon but had too many questions to ask and I couldn’t find anyone to answer. Then this guys came along. They answered all my questions about the whole process. Thanks to their help, I decided to go for it. I’m so glad that I got to meet these guys. They were so kind, helpful and professional. They organized everything and informed me about every little details. All I had to do was being there; the rest has been taken care by them. Elipse gastric balloon process was much easier than I’ve expected. It took around 20 minutes. They also gave me a smart scale and smartwatch that connected to the Allurion app. Their nutritionist is always there to help me and I can get information whenever I want to.

I was born on February 21st. Operated by Doctor Ceyhun in 2024. The operation went perfectly. The communication regarding all the organizational matters before departure, arrival and transfer between the airport, hotel and hospital went great. The hotel was very clean and beautifully designed. The hospital was also clean and very modern. The staff at the hospital were very nice and you felt well looked after and comfortable. I am particularly grateful for my medical German interpreter Bahar and my dietitians Selvi and Doğa, who have been advising me on my diet via Whatsapp for a whole year now. You can ask questions at any time and the team will answer them as quickly as possible. From phase to phase they send recipes and keep asking how you are doing. I went for my first consultation with Dr Evren Dilektasli just over a year ago. From our first appointment I felt comfortable, at ease and understood for the first time ever. Dr Evren is very knowledgeable in this field and had answers for all my questions and believe me I when I say I had many. It's a massive positive also that Dr Evren speaks English so there was no struggle with language barriers. It was decided a RNY bypass surgery was the best route for me as I also struggled with Diabetes. Before my surgery I had all the relevant tests and checks carried out with ease. On the day of my operation and throughout my stay at the hospital Dr Evren paid many visits to me to make sure I was ok and to answer any questions I had post op. Dr Evren's team and all the staff at the hospital were so caring and helpful nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The facilities were spotlessly clean and after 3 days I was discharged. This is the best decision I have ever made I am now nearly 50kg lighter and still losing. I am much more healthier, have more energy and thankfully now free from diabetes. Based on other clinics I looked into this was great valve for all the services I received. I highly recommend Aurea Health Group. I contacted them about a very personal health problem which was causing me a lot of distress and they were so reassuring and positive. I was able to fly out to Turkey and have the operation I needed very soon after an online consultation. Rabia in particular was very supportive and has excellent communication skills.
