Gastric Balloon Nisantasi

I had a breast reduction at this hospital in 2017 - It was scary especially as there was a language barrier but the interpreter/nurse was very very helpful (Haley). I was well cared for - the food was not great but it was all worth it. I have since recommended 2 other friends, who have gone on to have full tummy tucks and a balloon fitted, with no problem. My only disappointment is they do not take card payment and insist on cash payment otherwise there is an additional charge.

After a long journey with many different illnesses, I decided to get gastric sleeve surgery. And what can I say? It was the best decision of my life. After nearly one month now I, dropped so much weight I feel like a new person. The Kraemer medical team is overall great. I felt welcomed, taken more than good care of and also loved. I would go anytime again to them. 100% recommended.

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. I did the gastric balloon 6 month with Dr. Mucteb. My overall experience was good.. booked and consulted with Zeynep ( she would respond to my questions and comments) but she never followed up with me after the procedure. When I went to do the procedure I was very anxious but met this nice girl I think her name is Afaf who assured me that everything will be great and she kept following up with me even after although she wasn't the one who I booked the procedure with. She is super nice and helpful and made my experience worth it. The dr didn't talk much did the procedure and left but he's definitely good at what he does. However prior to my procedure I was put on Anesthesia and the nurse was extremely rude she was rolling up her eyes on me because I was anxious. Very rude to be a nurse.... after all. I'm glad I did it with Dr. MUCTEB I just wish he would hire nice nurses as the most important part in their job is attitude. The dietitians are super nice and knowledgeable. They informed me about everything and what food to eat and what to avoid. They follow up with me on regular basis. Thank you dr Mucteb and Thank you Afaf and the dietitians for making my experience worth it.

Thank you Alfa Health! Being overweight has always been a huge problem for me. I couldn’t wear what I wanted, I couldn’t socialize. I’ve heard about gastric balloon but had too many questions to ask and I couldn’t find anyone to answer. Then this guys came along. They answered all my questions about the whole process. Thanks to their help, I decided to go for it. I’m so glad that I got to meet these guys. They were so kind, helpful and professional. They organized everything and informed me about every little details. All I had to do was being there; the rest has been taken care by them. Elipse gastric balloon process was much easier than I’ve expected. It took around 20 minutes. They also gave me a smart scale and smartwatch that connected to the Allurion app. Their nutritionist is always there to help me and I can get information whenever I want to.

It was too stressful to decide operations in Istanbul because my face was always seen by my customer. Thanks to the clinic 14 team. I got my confidence back.
