I had my mini gastric bypass with Dr. Tamer at the end of May, and he is truly an amazing man. I was so well looked after by him and all his team from start to finish, and I can't thank them enough. I'm currently 8 weeks post-op and I've lost 3st 3lb so far. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Tamer. So looking forward to the new me.

When I decided I wanted Bariatric surgery, I did my research. Obviously, it’s cheaper to go abroad than get it privately in the UK but I wanted someone I could trust. Dr Tamer is registered with the GMC in the UK. He is a world-renowned doctor for Bariatric surgery. Not only that but he has so many patients who speak to highly of him and his team. I travelled to Egypt alone to get my surgery, which was daunting, but the whole process was great. Picked up from the airport, looked after by all the staff (special shout out to Randa, who is an angel and so lovely), I was actually relaxed when I went down to surgery. I cannot fault them at all. Dr Tamer is amazing and friendly and answers all your questions. I’m three years out of my surgery now, I’ve lost over 7 stone and kept it off. Just follow the guidelines they give you. My life is amazing now, it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, I feel so confident, happy and free. It’s changed my whole life for the better! Thanks, Dr T and team, you’re all incredible!
