Since December 2012 I am  an associate practitioner of the women’s natural health practice in the UK run by Dr Trevor Wing. This means that I successfully completed my advanced training with merit in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine  to include  all women’s health issues from gynae, fertility, pregnancy and post partum issues. My training brought me up to date on the latest from China and has also given me invaluable information on the  latest east and west research and western treatments and protocols. The course had a very heavy emphasis on natural care but also a key understanding of knowing when and what to ask regarding western tests and treatments, knowing how to work in an integrated western sitting whilst treating at the same time with acupuncture and herbal treatment.

If i feel that electro-acupuncture will enhance your treatment i use it during the treatment, this involves placing small alligator clips on the points which are stimulated through a device which usually gives a very soothing sensation for you, the patient. this is at no extra cost.

A first consultation may take up to 1.5 hrs, during which time i will look at your past medical history, your presenting problem, a thorough examination will take place in order to come to a solid diagnosis and a personalised treatment will be tailored to meet your individual needs so as to best improve your health.
