Ruairi is hands down the best therapist I have ever worked with.
I’ve struggled most of my life with mental health and addiction issues. My drug use was primarily down to my not being able to understand or deal with my thoughts & emotions. It was a continuous cycle of building myself up, then watching it all crumble down around me again.
1 step ahead and 10 steps back, followed by a massive relapse and a lengthy interval of binge drinking and drug use.
I’ve had numerous therapists, and not to say they weren’t good, but Ruairi is on another level. In short, when Ruairi speaks or gives his own interpretation of how I may be thinking or feeling regarding certain situations and experiences, he is on the money every time!
He has helped me map out positive & healthy ways I can deal with life situations, like relationships, grief, insecurities, past trauma, self-regulation, amongst many more.
Every session has been invaluable!

Ruairi is exceptional at getting to the root of an issue (or issues) to help you see the "whys" of your patterns, not just the patterns themselves. We've had many very interesting conversations that were enabled through mutual trust and respect. His mission is not only to raise your awareness but also to go through de-activation sequences to quiet past traumas and triggers. This truly works, and I've gained much peace and insight from my work with him. He is a gift and I'm thankful to have worked with him.

I stumbled on Ruairi's YouTube channel, right in the midst of the biggest chaos I was going through in my life. I wish I could remember which video I exactly saw, but it spoke to me so clearly, so I took it as a sign and messaged him right away. I'm so glad I did.
Just the simple realisation that my whole body is wired to exist on Fight or Flight mode since I was a child was a big eye opener for me, and the fact that every decision I have made in my life was based on some sort of unrealistic fear. In combination with the hypnosis he does and the protocols I feel like my whole body is more calm now, and I can feel when that fear or anxiety rises, and I just remind myself that I'm safe now, and I can be more present and adequate in heated situations. And that's really big!
My Confidence is back, I'm calmer and secure in the decisions I make. Even the quality of my sleep is much better.
I'm so grateful for Ruairi's hard work and devotion to helping others. He is very compassionate and always knew how to unravel the cacophony in my head.

I began working with Ruairi after leaving an abusive relationship & continued working with him over the next few years. I was overwhelmed, lost, and filled with shame about what I’d been through. From our very first session, Ruairi created a space where I felt safe enough to start unpacking what had happened to me—and more importantly, why it happened so I could stop blaming myself. His insight and compassion helped take away the shame I’d been carrying, allowing me to begin reconnecting with friends and family.

Our initial intensive 12-week programme laid the foundation for deeper healing. From there, our work expanded to broader areas of my life—navigating family and friendship dynamics, developing healthier boundaries, and finding a better balance between work and personal life. I first saw one of Ruairí’s posts come up on social media when I was just coming out of the hardest year of my life, and felt like I was at a cross roads of either continuing my life feeling low, unconfident and lost in myself and how to continue, or finding some kind of change. I felt that the way he spoke resonated with how I wanted to change how I felt, leave behind the sadness, anger and grief and move forwards into being the best person I can be. From our first video call I came away feeling positive and optimistic that this was the way forwards for me to help get me to the space I wanted to be in life. I can honestly say it’s not just got me to where I wanted to be, but the work in therapy Ruairi has helped me overcome has aided me to achieve an ever better headspace and mindset I couldn’t have imagined my past self being in. After facing the most challenging periods of infidelity, a difficult relationship and divorce alongside a new baby and toddler in the mix, with family illness and bereavement in the most tragic of circumstances I felt lost in who I was, and felt I was living in a limbo of grief, fear about my future, and lack of self worth and self love which I wasn’t sure how to navigate. The techniques, conversations, home interactive learning and focus on improving my self esteem and self worth have been invaluable in carving out my old self and creating the new identity I can walk forwards in life with and have given me life long skills and habits that I know will continue to benefit me growing into the best version of myself. He has helped open up my mind to new ways of thinking, recognising new ways of coping and helping me ground myself in difficult moments. I cannot speak highly enough of Ruairi and his approach to this all, I found him so calming, knowledgable and intuitively seemed to know the right way to respond to all the range of emotions I felt thought out many of the difficult conversations I had, I appreciated feeling so safe with him and able to be open and vulnerable without any expectation. I have also laughed and enjoyed his sense of humour through the course of our work. I have honestly found this to be the most transformative and worthwhile investments into myself I have ever made and I cannot thank Ruairi enough for helping me come back from the hardest time in my life, feeling grateful for my present and positive about the future.

I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Ruari - for his time, patience and ability to tell it like it is and cut through the bullshit. I've felt my whole life I have been working through issues of self-esteem and self-value. I've worked through various programs in the past with initial intent but within days to weeks engaging in self-sabotaging behaviours as soon as I felt I may be making progress. Knowing never living up to the potential I knew I had inside me was becoming seriously overwhelming after 8 years of work. Within a couple of months of working together, I'm seeing progress like I could not have imagined. Old patterns seem to be melting away with fresh perspectives and as each week goes by I can see progress in how I am approaching life both for myself and in personal and professional interactions/relations.
