I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 28 years experience helping people understand and overcome their psychological problems. I specialise in the treatment of Obsessive Spectrum Disorders. These include Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Pure O (Intrusive Thoughts), Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Muscle Dysmorphia and Health Anxiety.
