Hello, I'm a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and accredited CBT therapist offering private therapy and other psychological services in central Lincolnshire. I offer treatment for a wide range of difficulties from anxiety, stress, and depression to more complex and specialist conditions such as trauma, disordered eating, and abuse. My main therapeutic approaches are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR, cognitive analytic therapy and schema therapy. I also offer consultation, training and supervision. My practice is based in Sleaford, within easy reach of Lincoln, Grantham, Newark, and Boston. 

As a Counselling Psychologist I use evidence-based interventions and therapeutic approaches, including CBT (Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Schema-Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. These therapies have been found to be effective in clinical trials with a wide range of symptoms and can be employed for short, problem-focused work or for longer-term psychotherapy. My aim is to enhance clients' self-awareness, coping strategies and motivation to change. I am committed to promote positive development and well-being with a focus on the importance of multiculturalism and diversity.

Jacqueline is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Master Neurolinguistic practitioner. She has also trained as a Life Coach, Time Line and Regressions specialist. Having studied at the exclusive Bennett Stellar University in Florida, USA she then went on to further her training in the ‘Austin Method’ of Advanced Structured Hypnotherapy with Valerie Austin in London, England. Our service is grounded in a thorough knowledge of brain injury and a sensitive understanding of the psychological effects. The services available also include psychological treatment of depression, anxiety, and anger-related problems to patients without brain injury.  We will put your needs first and this is reflected in the service. The clinic is non-hospital based, very quiet, confidential, and comfortable. It has facilities for relaxing before or after appointments. With a cafe, dining room and gardens everything will make your visit as relaxing as possible. You will be contacted directly by the Consultant to make an appointment. Home visits can be arranged too. You will never feel rushed as we do not book people in without a space afterwards. The Consultant has over 15 years experience in psychology, most in neurological conditions. She specialises in head injury and is registered with the Health Professions Council.  If we feel our service is not suitable we will redirect you. But the service is highly individual and geared to the needs of patients, with individual treatment programmes. The service is intensive, can be long-term or just a few sessions, as needed. We realise most people contact a psychologist in some distress or with concerns and will quickly help you to feel comfortable and safe.  Opening hours 9.30-5.30,Mon-Fri, or 10am-1pm on Saturdays.
