Rutland House Counselling and Psychotherapy (RHCP) offers a professional therapy service to individuals and businesses from a clean and friendly practice in Leicester city centre. We provide Psychodynamic, Integrative, Humanistic, Behavioural and Creative Arts therapies and include a speicialist service to Deaf clients having a BSL therapist on board. All our therapists are highly trained and members of either BACP or UKCP. Treating the emotional health of patients through hypnotherapy is the specialty service offered by the team at this clinic located at Navigation Street in Birmingham. Late evening and Saturday appointments are scheduled for the convenience of busy patients. Home visits are arranged for patients with problems like agoraphobia. Hypnotherapy is used by the expert and experienced team to help patients stop smoking, lose weight, get rid of phobias, overcome depression, anxiety and stress, help patients with sleep problems and insomnia, overcome habits, addictions and compulsions, increase confidence and to get rid of social and performance anxiety.

The Mark Jales Project is a treatment programme for those who have issues with alcohol dependence/abuse/addiction. We also cater for those who have drug addiction issues and those who are addicted to medication. The course is available as 'DAY CARE' (Mon-Fri) or as 'RESIDENTIAL'. Please telephone us for a brouchure/information. At my clinic in Wells, Somerset we also provide 1-2-1 counselling for many problems and issues. If distance is a problem I can carry out consultation via Webcam on SKYPE.

Ellern Mede is a world renowned specialist provider of eating disorder services welcoming both NHS and private patients and their families for a wide range of conditions and treatments. We have both inpatient and outpatient services for young people with Eating Disorders not otherwise specified as well as outpatient services for all ages and all eating disorder conditions including for example, adults with Bulimia or Binge Eating Disorder. We usually require a GP referral for private consultations. Appointments require initial telephone and possibly face to face assessment before we would admit for a course of treatment. It is never too late to seek help, but the earlier you do the better your health outcome will be. We never give up  on a patient. Our friendly staff will support you through assessment, referral process  and throughout your journey to better health including follow up care.
