She seemed to pinpoint my issues and help my confidence grow tenfoldSD, Ireland, 04 12 21

Siobhan was wonderful from day one and always made me feel very comfortable each session. I never felt short for time her or felt like she was rushing me to finish a session, it always seemed to end on my terms which were really nice. She seemed to pinpoint my issues and help my confidence grow tenfold. Though our sessions are done for now I feel I can always go back whenever I'm having a particularly bad week. Couldn't recommend her enough especially for those who've never done this kind of sessions.

I definitely feel I benefitted from our sessionsJohn, Ireland, 22 03 23

I went to Justine seeking a better understanding of the underlying OCD/ intrusive thought patterns I’ve been dealing with since I was young. We worked through a CBT programme & general talk therapy over 6 weeks. I definitely feel I benefitted from our sessions & learnt more about how & why my brain & emotions behave as they do. Justine is a really nice person & I would highly recommend her as a therapist.
