I am a counselling psychologist with a background in human resource management. The main services that I provide are counselling and psychotherapy to help people with a range of problems and mental health concerns that may be troubling or distressing them. I also provide life, business and job-seeker coaching to help people with any personal or career development objectives. Depending on the severity and complexity of the issue and the work that a person would like to do, I can provide short-term intensive counselling and coaching sessions or deep, longer-term psychotherapy sessions. I have trained in a variety of therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), person-centred therapy and psychodynamic therapies, to suit either shorter- or longer-term work. I have also trained in EMDR therapy, mindfulness and the use of psychometric tests.
