I met Maureen today for Hypnotherapy. I genuinely didn't know what to expect as I wasn't familiar with the process. From the moment I walked into the clinic I was made to feel at ease and found Maureen very easy to talk to. The issues I presented with now seem a lot less than they were - and that's after just one session. I have another session booked and I can say with honesty that I am really looking forward to it. I hadn't expected a result so quickly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hypnotherapy to anyone. Delighted with today and looking forward to the next session now.

Exam pressure, heightened anxiety, relationship issues, personal identity can all be a confusing upsetting time. I work with the adolescent and their family to figure out the best way to support an adolescent and help the adolescent to figure out what is important to them.
