I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy with clients wishing to explore a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger issues, self-esteem, meaning in life, bereavement, personal development, childhood trauma, suicide intervention. I work from a humanistic and integrative approach which draws on complementary perspectives which best suit the needs of the client. I am particularly interested in attachment issues and existential issues of finding meaning and purpose in one’s life. I strive to offer a safe, non-judgemental, empathic environment in which clients can reflect and explore their life experiences to gain an understanding of themselves and their relationships with others.
