Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Treatment Cork

I had severe insomnia due to stress and could not figure it out how to overcome it. I've tried different medicines, however, nothing seemed to work. Then I went to Magda for consultation and she helped me to understand my mind better and to improve my sleep hygiene as well. She has taught me different techniques and tools which slowly helped to restore my sleep in a much healthier form. I recommend her to anyone who is struggling with a similar issue.

My wife’s cancer journey was a difficult one and it had tremendously affected our relationship. We learned a lot about ourselves in Marriage Counselling; the various attachment styles, how they correlate to our own and towards our loved ones. My wife and I learned to laugh again like we used to when we first met. We are forever grateful for Ashrina’s help. She helped us find ourselves again. Another lease of life! Also, we did not realize that trauma is an integral part of the cancer journey especially in the aftermath of remission. We are now back in South Carolina and we will see you again in the Fall.
