Sports Injury Rehabilitation - Strapping and Taping Scotland

An examination was made of my ankle recovering from a fracture last year. I was looking for an assessment of its current strength and mobility. The Physio has given me exercises for strengthening the ankle area and this will give me confidence for the future so that I can resume hill walking. I chose this Physiotherapist after a recommendation and was impressed with their professionalism.

First for a hamstring injury, then a neck strain. I have found the treatment, advice, care, and approach to be first-class in every way. The ongoing program is so helpful, too. Thank you, Lorne.

I had had treatment for a fractured shoulder and after several appointments with an NHS, physio had become disillusioned and depressed by my lack of progress.
