After only 10days of treatment from Jayne and then following exercises daily that Jayne gave me, I was able to run not only COMPLETELY PAIN FREE!! But also doubled my mileage with no issues. Absolutely amazing 🤩

When I went to see Jayne I could barely lift the weight of a cup and my elbow was too painful to move. Jayne treated me 4 times in 2 weeks and then a follow up. The difference is amazing. Jayne used different treatments including acupuncture and massage.

She identified the pain was originating from my neck and so also concentrated on my posture. So the added bonus to the treatment for my neck and elbow is a much more aligned posture meaning I can now walk without the pain I’ve had for years.

I really can’t thank Jayne enough for being such a lovely person and a great physiotherapist.

Just fantastic!!! I have been suffering with back pain for such a long time. I was in quite a lot of pain last week on my visit and was struggling to turn over in bed. Keith really took on board what was being said, he did some “hands on” and shock waves treatment. The difference that night and the following morning was unbelievable. I was having terrible lower hip pain radiating down my leg. Keith is so knowledgeable he found the pain to be in my back. He treated my back with "hands on" plus shock waves. I am amazed at the improvement totally pain free now, therefore a huge thank you to Keith.

This is the second time I've turned to Synergy after struggling to get help with problems. First time was a tendon in my arm which was sorted in 3 sessions by Christine. This time it was chest pain sorted by Keith in no time after a year of investigations and tests by various hospital depts! He explained what he thought was causing it and treated me accordingly. Been virtually pain-free for the past two weeks after months of suffering. A great guy.

I have just attended my 3rd seccion with Keith. I had problems with my lower back and pain in my groin and legs the pain was excruciating. Had a sore Achilles, persisting problem, Keith scanned it & showed me on the monitor what was going on - it was very informative. He gave me shock wave therapy & swelling has finally started to go down. Also gave me a free pair of orthotics which was an added bonus.

I had had treatment for a fractured shoulder and after several appointments with an NHS, physio had become disillusioned and depressed by my lack of progress. As almost a last resort I made an appointment at the Bedlington clinic but did not know what to expect. The treatment I received including acupuncture, massage, pain relief and exercises got me back to functioning normally over a relatively short period of time. I cannot thank Suzanne enough for her caring and friendly approach throughout. Both Suzanne and Susan put me at ease at each appointment. I had a lot of pain in my shoulder, back, neck and head. I got an appointment with Keith at Synergy. Just hoping for a little relief after having pain for 8 months. He was like a breath of fresh air. I went in thinking I was stuck with this problem forever and with my pain at 10/10 I had nothing to lose. I was very active but after having this problem it stopped me in my tracks. I put on weight, was miserable and just didn't see an end to it. Keith is amazing and after 6 appointments I am back cycling, going to the gym 3/4 times a week and I have just completed my 3rd Great North Run. I had a consultation with Suzanne. She examined my shoulder, and then gave me acupuncture. She was very informative and understanding. I am looking forward to my next appointment in twelve days time!

Injury to neck, trapped nerves effecting arm and shoulder.

I have been a patient of Synergy Healthcare since July this year. When I was referred to them by a friend I was in constant pain and at the point where the effects were leaving me disillusioned not only with the NHS but also pretty much depressed. I'd seen doctors and specialists over a period of months and only now (in October) have I been told they may need to send me for Physio and an MRI on my neck. Unfortunately if I'd followed their suggestions this would mean January before correctly diagnosing and treating my injury.

Keith Fitzsimmons has been treating me twice a week since my first appointment this summer. Very quickly it became apparent to me that not only did Keith now his stuff but that his methods work. From Physio to shock therapy and Acupuncture every effort has been made to help ease my pain and pinpoint where the problem lies.

As a business owner myself I understand not only the pressures of time but also how important customer service is. I work as a programmer at my desk pretty much every hour I can. During the last 6 months this has been impractical, stressful and downright frustrating. Thank god for myself and my business I found Keith.

Keith goes above and beyond what I pay for and has not only helped fit me in where possible but gone the extra mile every time. I cannot recommend Keith, his staff and Synergy Healthcare highly enough. They are approachable and attentive as Physiotherapists and as a business extremely effective.
