With 24 years experience, Alistair is passionate about his trade and always keen to provide a personal assessment so that you can truly understand the reason for your pain or reduced function.

In addition to a thorough verbal and physical assessment, there will be hands on treatment with advice and an exercise program to help speed your recovery.

All initial assessments will be 50 mins to 1 hour with follow up appointments being 45 mins (if required)

Could not have asked for a better service

5 50 Physical Therapy • Paid: £30

I had an excellent experience with Alistair during my physio therapy treatment. I was experiencing frequent Achilles pain that had been troubling me for months. With a combination of a few appointments with Alistair and exercises he gave me to do at home. I was pain free in just a few weeks. Could not have asked for a better service.

The clinic was always very clean and tidy upon arrival. An overall very professional service

High quality services

5 50 Biomechanical assessment

Alistair got in touch with me very quickly after I sent an enquiry about an initial assessment. He was really friendly and reassuring throughout the session, and was able to figure out what the probable causes of my problem were. I would highly recommend his high quality services. I also found that, as a student, the cost of the session was great, especially in comparison to all other physio clinics I had looked into.

Alistair Exon BSc (Hons) MCSP HCPC founder, Clinical Director and your dedicated Physiotherapist   He is highly experienced and has a proven track record in physiotherapy over 24 years; treating patients successfully in private practice, sports injury clinics and the NHS. 

He has a depth of knowledge to treat a wide range of problems including neck and back pain, whiplash, shoulder pain, sprains and strains, arthritis, sports injuries and postural or work issues.
