Pilates Block of 10 Classes (1 hour, 10 sessions)

It will help to improve your posture and balance, improves flexibility and stability, strengthens and tones muscles and helps relieve stress and tension. It is particularly recommended by Physiotherapists and medical practitioners for anyone with back problems, and is also very suitable for use in rehabilitation following injuries.
Pilates Mat Work Classes
are kept to a maximum of 11 participants in each class and so will allow you to develop your proficiency as a result of close observation from the instructor and hands on correction. It also ensures a standard of supervision not possible in larger classes, and will give you a real understanding of the concepts behind this unique form of exercise.
