After suffering from back pain/sciatica and a knee injury. I found Penny Porter Hydrotherapy and can honestly say she has turned my life around in just 4 visits to date! After explaining to me what medication I needed to help with the nerve pain I was able to get my pain under control for the first time in 7months and combined with the hydrotherapy feel for the first time I am getting my life back on track!

I went for acupuncture at this clinic. I’m not sure if I got the results I was looking for, but the treatment certainly provided some measure of relief. Acupuncture isn’t about long-term solutions. I didn’t experience any pain during the treatment. Sessions were mostly fifteen minutes, but they could last up to half an hour. It’s a good clinic. Very professional. They charged me the market price. My therapist was very excellent and friendly. While the treatment didn’t solve my problem, I know they did their best to help.

I have only been a few times to see Sarah but I feel I am in very capable hands. So far I have been very impressed with her manner and approach to my ailment!

I was in absolute agony with my neck and the pain ran up the back of my head and down to my shoulders. I had been like this for several weeks and tried to get treatment through my own doctor but then my niece recommended Marek. He was actually on holiday when I phoned him but thankfully, he still took the call and arranged an appointment. He was such a pleasant guy, very professional, caring and sorted my problem out over a couple of visits. I would definitely recommend him.
