I've already recommended you to several friendsGeorgie, UK, 29 07 24

I had other treatments before seeing Sarah with no success and she was the only person who diagnosed pudendal neuralgia which caused a shooting, burning pain across the pelvic floor and so much pain in my stomach that I went for a scan. I also had a coccyx problem which meant that I couldn't sit or drive without pain and had to be signed off work as I drive for a living. To top all that I had an MRI that showed that I had a slipped disc! It took a number of sessions with Sarah in Amersham to resolve the issues and I am now back at work and driving again. So, thank you Sarah for all your hard work and I've already recommended you to several friends!

Action Physiotherapy Ltd - Physiotherapy Clinic in the UK

Action Physiotherapy Ltd

Physiotherapists treat any problem related to muscles, joints, bones, nerves, ligaments and tendons.  We treat any problem associated with the spine and also provide post-surgical/fracture rehabilitation.  Physiotherapists use mobilisation techniques, manipulation, strengthening, stretching and Pilates exercises to treat injuries.  We can also use acupuncture to treat musculoskeletal conditions. Physiotherapists take a detailed history and use orthopaedic tests to diagnose a patient’s problems (in the same way as orthopaedic specialists would).  If we feel your problem requires further investigation (e.g. an X-Ray or MRI scan) we will refer you on to the necessary specialist for this to happen.  We will explain your condition and rationalise an approach to try to effectively treat it.  Treatment will usually encourage the patient to take an active role (e.g. modify activities, look at work tasks/set ups, or do exercises) to help them self-manage their problems and to also focus on injury prevention and to decrease the chance of injury recurrence. He explained the reason for doing certain exercises, which helped me understand the processSue, UK, 09 11 21

Chris is an amazing physiotherapist. I had a very bad car accident 48 years ago and have had a stuffed back ever since. I had never had anyone examine my back like Chris did. He explained the reason for doing certain exercises, which helped me understand the process. He also gave me exercises for my shoulders and neck and I’m now on the mend. I would definitely recommend him, value for money.

Here we are 4 weeks later and his knees are nearly pain-freeRhys, UK, 13 11 19

A fantastic treatment for my 10-year-old boy. My 10 yr old son was getting pain in his knees. This came on gradually over several months until it started keeping him awake at night. I had used the physios at St Jude's over 20 years ago and was impressed then, so gave them a call. It was Saturday and the receptionist was really helpful, took all the details and explained we don't normally treat children. She went off to speak with one of the clinicians and rang us back about an hour later to say that this physio (Charlotte) was pleased to have a look at my son's knees and that she would come in 1-hour earlier on Monday to squeeze in an extra appointment for him. This she did. She was very thorough and here we are 4 weeks later and his knees are nearly pain-free. He has got some more exercises to do but we are well on the way to recovery. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.
