Spinal Rehabilitation - Neck and Back Injury Malaysia

5th session on 30 December, able to walk well without a walking stick. First 3 sessions I went with a stick which started with a swollen ankle/arch joint and hip pain on both sides trying to manage with a stick, rather imbalanced movement. Natasha worked on my inflamed lumbar area and taught me exercises to strengthen my weak outer calf muscles as well as my buttock muscles to help me to carry myself in a more balanced way. Will complete my package of 10, and likely to sign up for 1 more to ensure all my imbalanced muscles are going to be retrained.

I went for 2 dry needling sessions with Yen. I would have gone for more but I was only in KL for four days. Yen is very kind, bubbly and generous. She is flexible in her timing and accommodated my tight schedule cheerfully. She is also very responsive and that allowed me to settle my plans very quickly. In terms of technique, you can tell she is very experienced. I have been suffering from shoulder and neck pains for more than 10 years. 2 sessions with her have helped eased these chronic pains tremendously. I only wish I had more time in KL to go for more sessions as 2 may not totally eradicate these chronic pains but she is my go-to person for dry needling for sure. She even let me lie in for as long as I wanted with the heat pack after my session ended. I highly recommend Yen for dry needling.

Underwent physiotherapy for nerve pain involving the left neck, shoulder and upper limb. Pain greatly reduced after 1st treatment. Presently minimal pain after 4 sessions. Very recommended.
