Our Hydrotherapy classes take place in the Holy Angels Day Care, Strawhall Industrial Estate, Carlow, where there is a state of the art hydrotherapy pool.  Our Chartered Physiotherapists are in the pool with you, to instruct, supervise and guide you through an individual programme to maximise the benefits.  We conduct the individual exercises in a small group setting.  All of our Physiotherapists are fully qualified in this area and have a wealth of experience.

Based in St Laurence OToole AC (former Curves gym), we provide morning and evening classes. The classes run in 6 week blocks, with 3 classes per morning and 3 classes per evening. Morning classes: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 9:30am. Evening classes: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7:30pm. Individual ClassesIndividual classes are also available in our clinic at 31 Staplestown Rd or we can come to your home. The individual class will be tailored to suit your needs, using our Pilates reformer at the clinic or mat Pilates in the comfort of your own home. How much does it cost?Classes: Classes cost €10 on a drop-in basis . Alternatively at the beginning of each block you can pay for 10 classes for €100 . If you go for this option, you get five classes free, saving €50! Individual Classes: Individual classes cost €50 per hour, where you have the choice of using the pilates reformer at the clinic.
