Noonan Pilates is located in a Georgian Building with a picturesque view. Noonan Pilates overlooks the Dun Laoghaire Pier and is a 1 minute walk from the Peoples Park and a 4 minute walk from the Sandycove & Glasthule Dart station. Our studio offers classes that suit individual needs.  We tailor programs to clients at a beginner, intermediate and advanced level. Other than our regular Pilates/Yoga classes, we offer specific courses relating to sports, Pre and Post natal, injury management and injury prevention.

The location of this clinic is at Shakespeare Street in Nottingham. The Chartered physiotherapist at the clinic treats patients suffering from painful musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and sports injuries. The aim of the physiotherapist is to provide a high standard of physiotherapy care to all patients. Conditions treated include backache, muscle and joint pain, sprains, sports injuries and arthritis related aches and pains. Services provided include manual physiotherapy, treatments for sports injuries and post injury and post operative rehabilitation, exercise therapy, dry needling and electro-acupuncture, posture correction and advice, gait correction and fitting custom orthotics.

We are senior physiotherapists, proud to bring a new service to people in the West Clare area. We are fully registered, fully insured members of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. Our main therapist is Francoise Lauton, a French qualified Physio with Post Graduate qualification in Paediatrics. Francoise has 30 years of experience in all areas of physiotherapy, twelve of which in Ireland. She has worked in neonatal, paediatric and adult intensive care units, children and adult neurology rehabilitation centres. She was the Early Intervention physiotherapist for the HSE in North Tipperary for three years. In 2011, the World Confederation for Physical Therapy (US name for physiotherapy) listed her as a World Expert in Paediatric Physiotherapy. Aside from treating children, Francoise specializes in Neurology, Respiratory, Biomechanics, Lymphatic Drainage and Orthotic insoles. She also takes care of neck or low back pain and general musculoskeletal conditions. We are located in the Ennistymon Medical Centre, on the first floor, one level below the Dental Clinic. Wheelchair access is through the GP's waiting room. Our clinic will be open on Tuesdays and Fridays  from 2.00 to 6.00 PM. Hours might be extended depending on demand. Home visit available within a 5km radius on referral from GP.
