I first met Justine a few weeks ago after trapping a nerve in my lower back, this caused me great pain which leads to making my foot numb. I have attended 3 sessions and feel better than I have in years. Justine listened and treated my back/foot problem, I am now walking without the constant fear of tripping over. I only see Julian, always greeted with a smile, he is always brilliant and sorts my back out - it might take a few sessions but give it a chance. He took over Mario about 5 years ago but in my personal view, he is better and has brought a more modern view on the way he treats his patients. 5 stars.

The first treatment   will include a complete case history of the patient. With many questions regarding the health of the patient and their medical history. This is to ensure that osteopathic treatment is appropriate and that the techniques used are the best for the patient.  After this is done a thorough examination is made. At this point the patient is usually asked to undress to their underwear. This is to give the osteopath more information on posture, skin and muscle health and how the body functions. If the patient is uncomfortable with this they are more than welcome to wear shorts and a t-shirt. Patients are also welcome to bring a chaperone. (If under 18 patients need a chaperone anyway).

I had earwax removal with Mr Paul at this clinic and can't praise the service highly enough. Mr Paul is a friendly man with a lovely attitude and is very professional. Tried a number of different osteopaths before finding Andy. I found that his approach, which he combined with acupuncture, helped far more than others. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with back pain.
