I arrived at 12:30 left at 1:40 pm the physio explained everything to me he treated me for my problem. The service was 100% I would definitely recommend to everyone who got a problem to go there you won’t be disappointed I’ve been to many physios over the years and I must say this one is the best.

Following an accident (fell backwards from a height) I am receiving Tecar Treatment. The pain I was experiencing completely took over my life. When in bed I couldn’t even turn without help. Couldn’t stand up from sitting and worst of all I could only take baby steps. Basically I could do nothing unless my husband did everything for me. Independence gone - scary stuff. I started to improve after a number of sessions over 8 weeks. While home for Christmas and New Year I was so glad to find Brian and The Cottage Clinic that have Tecar Therapy. Brian is a lovely guy and puts you at ease immediately. His purpose-built studio is kitted out very professionally. I can highly recommend Tecar Therapy. It’s a non invasive therapy and very soothing on soft and deep tissue. My injury is in the lumbar area on an old injury. I have made substantial progress with Tecar without taking anti inflammatory or pain relief medication (I’m allergic). I can highly recommend Brian The Cottage Clinic and Tecar Therapy.

I had a calf injury and was struggling to walk any distance. Darren sorted it out in a few sessions, gave me suitable exercises to do and within a couple of weeks I was back doing my usual 5k walk. Super clinician.

Patrik has helped a great deal with an acute lower back problem - sprain or strain due to overwork - that was causing me fairly severe pain. He managed to completely release it by working on a whole set of muscles, as well as recommended exercises.

I've got treatment for strong sciatica. Peter is a very nice and professional guy. I feel better after the first treatment but I will keep going to full recovery. Highly recommended

I have struggled with a stiff neck when I cycle after about 20 miles. I was recommended to visit Rinske. I had a comprehensive interview and analysis of my general health and condition on my first visit, which I was impressed with. The physical treatment was really effective, and I was given a range of exercises which also helped a lot. Rinske was very professional in every aspect of the treatment I received. Very pleased with the treatment I received. Have made a follow up appointment for 3 weeks time. In the meantime the exercises I was provided with have also helped me with my back strain. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would now recommend them as well.

Absolutely blown away by the results of the treatment that I’ve received here by Dani. A week ago I could barely stand up straight and had to take a week off work due to the back pain I was experiencing. Now after a couple of sessions, I’m able to move freely and even was able to play Soccer pain free. Highly recommend Daim for professional assessment and treatment. Not only have I been able to remove the pain but have been left with a plan on how to target the muscles and areas I was neglecting in the past.
