The treatment of babies and children is something that has developed within my practice over the years and I now provide a specialist baby and childrens clinic, where even the local midwives, health visitors and GPs refer children suffering from a variety of problems. I have developed a unique combination of techniques that include cranial osteopathy (head), visceral (digestive system) techniques and specific body movements. These encourage a speedy recovery from the babys symptoms to give the little ones the best start in life and the parents some sleep! I will give you some exercises and advice so you can be proactive at home too. Cranial can of course be used on adults to great effect, helping relaxation, stress, headaches, migraines, sinus and other conditions.

Osteopathy is a natural form of treatment using only the hands to alleviate the body of mainly musculoskeletal aches and pains. The use of soft tissue and manipulation techniques administered to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints of the body aim to achieve a balance of tension, mobility and symmetry in the body, even aiding improved blood flow and lymphatic drainage, promoting natural healing without the use of drugs.
