At first I was hesitant to book the procedures of my 2 sons since I have no first-hand information about the clinic and mainly rely in the reviews online. But from the start of the treatment until the last day everything went smoothly. Thanks to the amazing staff and doctors of Fizikon and specially Inci of PMC. I am truly thankful I came across PMC. Inci made it sure that everything was well taken cared of from hotel bookings, airport pick-up/drop-off and coordination in the clinic. Everything was made easy for us especially since it was our first time to come to Turkey. Highly recommended!

My grandmother had a Laparoscopic surgery for her Hernia at Nightingale and the whole experience from beginning to end was great and smooth. The hospital was clean and the doctors were very friendly and patient (even with my grandmother who spoke very little English). They made sure to explain everything as clearly as possible and even used Google Translate to ensure she understood every step of the way. The surgery also went well and she was discharged within 5 days - she has been recovering well since. A special shout-out to Alisher who guided us through the whole process and answered every single one of my many questions, whilst also visiting the ward and checking in on us everyday to ensure everything was going as smoothly as possible.
