Absolutely blown away by the results of the treatment that I’ve received here by Dani. A week ago I could barely stand up straight and had to take a week off work due to the back pain I was experiencing. Now after a couple of sessions, I’m able to move freely and even was able to play Soccer pain free. Highly recommend Daim for professional assessment and treatment. Not only have I been able to remove the pain but have been left with a plan on how to target the muscles and areas I was neglecting in the past. Will be coming back for any future problems that I hopefully don’t run into.

Initial consultation free, thorough collaborative chat and felt very at ease throughout. Had deep tissue laser therapy for post fusion surgery. After many years of pain due to a bad physio experience, I was recommended Portobelloe Physios. Brendan came to my rescue with very caring and demanding exercises. "Motion is Lotion," he said and it was true the proper motion of course! Now I have to manage my pain and Brendan has devised a plan of exercise for maintenance. For someone who self-adjusts several times a day without relief as I caused hypermobility with some of my vertebrates and immobility in others. Alison popped my back and neck after I had stopped resistance through anxiety. I feel brand new after it and only need a few more adjustments and I'll be right.

She prescribed and procured orthotics and recommended stretching exercises. Colette is truly professional and very good value.
