The Pilates Studio

The Pilates Studio offers Fundamental, Intermediate and Advanced mat classes mornings, mid-day and evenings as well as individual classes on the equipment by appointment. Mat classes are restricted to 12 participants and taught by experienced, certified Pilates practitioners. Situated on Cork’s Penrose Wharf (a 10 minute walk from the city centre and close to the train station) The Pilates Studio is a fully equipped, sunny, serene 1150 square foot exercise space.
