I have been attending consistently for almost a year now, and have found her to be a huge part of my recovery journey. I was feeling unwell both physically and mentally. Bogusia has worked with me initially week by week, then bi-weekly, and gradually reducing the frequency. Bogusia discusses how you are feeling, and what your concerns are confidentiality at the start of the session, and you choose your own treatment, or Bogusia can recommend what she feels is appropriate for you on that day. She is very easy to talk with, in a relaxed and welcoming room. There are times I call wanting a specific treatment, or times I am guided by Bogusia, and all treatments leave me feeling relaxed and well afterwards. Bogusia has also suggested positive lifestyle changes, dietary supplements and healthy habits and routines as she goes above and beyond and takes a holistic approach to ones well being where the treatments and lifestyle changes complement each other. I had 6 sessions of acupuncture from Ken OConnor such a lovely man. Made me relax straight away. I suffer from bad back pain and didnt want to have to take painkillers all the time. So i'm feeling a lot better. And haven't taken tablets in 3 weeks tg. I would highly recommend Ken to help you.
I had a Reiki session yesterday with Nicola O'Sullivan and found her very receptive and open. I explained my medical issues and at all times she showed a good understanding and attentiveness. The eesion itself was good and she explained that after few sessions I'd begin to feel full benefits and in short term I might feel light-hearted and tightness in stomach and shoulders would take a while to slowly unravel. I must mention to your part-time receptionist Beth- what a lovely personality and very open and caring. Definitely should be offered full-time job even though she's only filling in for sick leave. She'd be an asset in any firm an dis ideally suited to this type of work. Overall Dervish is a very warm an welcoming co-op offering different treatments to suit individual needs. It's so nice to have the personal one to one touch so missing today in jobs. It's all the more welcoming and sets you at ease. Therapists are all highly trained and aim to give one the best experience possible, .all is needed is an open and receptive mind. Keep up the good work.
