Just last week I had a follicular unit transplant done here. I’m very happy with both the clinic and the doctor who treated me. I can’t really speak about the results yet, as I’ll need to wait 6-8 months before I start seeing a difference. As far as the price goes, I’d gone somewhere else before and they were too expensive so I visited this clinic to get a second opinion. They managed to give me a better rate. The clinic was very clean and welcoming. I had quite a few questions before the surgery, and the clinic answered them all in a prompt email. The communication was superb, and the staff were really friendly. So far everything seems to be on track. I’m going back on Sunday for a follow-up.

During my initial consultation with Charles, the atmosphere was relaxed, professional, and most importantly, highly informative. From our discussion, I understood what was involved, the options available to me and the cost of each option. Although I may not be the easiest of customers I had a clear vision of what I wanted to achieve. Charles and the surgeon (always one in attendance) were always patient and understanding of my concerns and overall goal. They truly listened and never tried to sell me a fast service or make any false promises; in fact, the opposite. Looking back, I was probably very difficult to deal with. In fact, I would not have wanted to deal with myself; it is only now that I can fully appreciate the advice I was given. I did not always get the responses to my requests that I wanted, but having completed the procedure, I received the correct ones. The Procedure. Dr Elgmati and her team conducted the procedure; they were all fantastic, friendly, and professional. It sets your mind at ease. Dr Elgmati’s concentration levels and work ethic were unbelievable; apart from a lunch break halfway through the procedure, I cannot recall a time that I could not feel either hair being carefully extracted or implanted; I was left in no doubt that the maximum implants that could be safely conducted in one sitting had been fulfilled. After Care. The aftercare advice and appointments were perfect. I followed the aftercare advice to the letter and experienced no problems; for me, the follow-up appointments were just reassurance; it was also reassuring to know that all aftercare was held in the UK. Costs. Please note that there are no cheap options. It was on the day of the procedure that, for the very first time, I really appreciated and understood the whole process, what was involved, where my money was going, and the costs that must be involved. I can remember thinking straight after the procedure how pleased I was that I had done it and that it was money well spent. My opinion has not changed. I did consider going abroad to save money and really researched this option. I am glad that when it came to booking the procedure I went with my gut feeling, paid slightly more, and stayed in the UK and the reassurances that come with it; I was also delighted I went with DHI. Results. It has been 18 months since my procedure, and I cannot stress how delighted I am with the results; they have well exceeded my expectations. Overall. I now know 100% that I made the right choice. My experience has been that I dealt with a very professional company that takes immense pride in delivering excellent results. At no time did I ever feel worried or pressured into making any decisions, and the results are fantastic. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Seneca Medical Group to anyone for hair restoration.
