Let me tell you about our amazing experience with Alana! My husband and I were totally blown away by the awesome service and care we received. Right from the start, they were super responsive and patient with us, even though we bombarded them with a ton of questions. They were totally upfront and honest about everything, and they had a perfect plan in place for us. They kept us in the loop at every step, so we always knew what was going on. Now, let me talk about the clinic itself. It was seriously top-notch! The place was so clean and fancy, and they even had a beautiful garden that helped us relax. I've always been self-conscious about my teeth, so I've spent my whole life hiding my smile. But finally, I decided to do something about it and got implants, crowns, and a teeth cleaning. The whole process went like a dream! The dentist was incredibly caring and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I felt so informed and comfortable throughout. And my husband, David, had a hair transplant with 4000 grafts. Let me tell you, he's over the moon with the results! He hardly felt any pain, and the whole team made sure he knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. All in all, we can't thank Alana enough for making our journey so wonderful. The staff took such good care of us, and we're just so grateful for everything they did!

I visited the clinic of Dr Cinik for a hair transplant. First of all the staff, they were explaining everything with all the small details, they were so professional, so polite and everything was on time. 3 weeks ago I done a breast augmentation and a lip lifting at Çevre Hospital. They were the first surgeries I've ever had and I had a lot of questions and doubts, because the surgeries process and because I would go to another country to do that. Işılay was my first contact with the hospital and she was absolutely lovely and very helpful during all time. Even now after the surgery she keeps in touch asking how I am. Doctor Serkan done my surgeries. Before the surgeries, I had a consultation with him and I felt really comfortable with him. He answered all my questions without any problem, and believe I asked him a lot of questions. Doctor Serkan made me feel I was in good hands and he was focused on my individuality and the results I intended to achieve. During my stay at the hospital the staff were very helpful and very kind. Even the older lady who brought the meals, who only spoke Turkish, found a way to communicate with me and was very friendly. Regarding the nurses, I must especially highlight two of them, Nurse Eda and another one who was there on my first night. Sorry, at moment I am not sure how to write her name. They were very professional, attentive and helpful. The hospital was very clean and I felt very safe all time. Regarding my results, I will update here another comment in the next months. In this type of surgery, the final results aren't immediate and it is necessary to allow time. However, at moment I am feeling well and I am following all recommendations given by Doctor Serkan.
