I went in for a revision circumcision in late January purely for personal reasons. The clinic and Dr Sam were again super professional. I can’t recommend them enough. The whole process and procedure went really easily, thanks mainly to the clinic, Dr Sam and his staff. I experienced no pain during or after the procedure, and it’s now healing really nicely. I understand this procedure can be daunting and even embarrassing for some, myself included but Dr Sam listens and only does what you ask or agree to. The whole procedure went very smoothly, and I can’t thank Dr Sam enough for putting me at ease and giving me his professional advice. Everything was discussed in detail before the procedure so do your homework and ask questions. Have an idea of what outcome you want. That way Dr Sam can advise and make suggestions to achieve your desired outcome. The follow-up and check-in by Dr Sam are also very assuring. I have had absolutely no issues after the procedure but Dr Sam still checked in with me days later to ensure all was good. Very much appreciated. I just want to thank Dr Sam and his team again.

They explained the process and answered all the questions I had. A few days later I had a face-to-face meeting. I was able to meet the team including the doctor. He explained all the pros and cons and examined my donor area and discussed the details of the surgery, including expected results. I had my procedure done one month later. The whole team is very professional. The procedure took all day. They provided an after-care procedure plus if there were any issues the clinic was just a few minutes away. Looking back 5 stars to the team. Currently at the 3-month mark.

I am experiencing hair loss for over a year now. Thankfully the Universal hair, scalp and skin clinic is helping me to stop my hair falling. The only regret I have is that I didn't go there before. The treatment is quite expensive but it worths each penny you spend. I am much more confident and I know my hair will grow fully back again. I am extremely happy with the results.
