I decided to use Dr Summit Agrawal for my hair loss surgeon. Communication was excellent with prompt responses to my questions about my requirements and the pricing was very competitive. I was initially quoted as needing more grafts after sending pictures but Dr Agrawal revised down both the grafts and prices after my first consultation. The consultation was thorough and any questions I had were fully answered. I was provided with a breakdown of the procedure and made aware of any issues. I was able to fit my transplant into a very busy schedule in Mumbai and the clinic was very flexible in terms of accommodating my needs. The procedure itself went like clockwork with the treatment carried out professionally in a clean environment.
